Returns & Refunds Policy
At Crossfire Motorcycles, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and damaged deliveries.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase
Returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases may be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.
Products confirmed as faulty may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidelines under Australian Consumer Law.
We may request photos, videos, or additional information to assist with the warranty or fault assessment.
Damaged Deliveries
All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged during transit, customers must reject the delivery and notify the courier immediately.
Accepting a damaged parcel may affect our ability to lodge a claim with the courier. For this reason, customers should inspect the parcel before signing for or accepting delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact Crossfire Motorcycles within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged items. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Process
Before returning any product, customers must contact Crossfire Motorcycles for return approval and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Conditions
- All machines must be assembled by a licensed mechanic.
- The first service must be completed within 1 month of the invoice date or after 10 hours of use, whichever occurs first.
- Failure to complete the first service within this timeframe may void the warranty.
- Please review the warranty terms and conditions on our website.
- The service log book must be completed and signed by the workshop at the time of service.
- A pre-ride safety check should be carried out before every ride.
Deposits
Due to limited stock availability, once a deposit is paid the machine will be held until the arranged pickup date, or up to two (2) weeks from the invoice date, whichever occurs first.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Safety & Warranty Registration
Customers must complete the warranty registration and review the warranty conditions prior to use.

For safety, a helmet must be worn on every ride by riders of all ages.
